TROOPER KEVIN MARMOR SUSTAINED SEVERE BODILY INJURIES AS A RESULT OF A TRAFFIC CRASH. THE TROOPER HAD STOPPED A TRUCK IN FRIO COUNTY, TEXAS AND WAS SEARCHING THE VEHICLE WHEN AN ELDERLY DRIVER BECAME FOCUSED ON THE PATROL LIGHTS AND STRUCK BOTH THE STOPPED VEHICLE AND MARMOR, THROWING HIM APPROXIMATELY 30 FEET THROUGH THE AIR. THE TROOPER SURVIVED THE INCIDENT BUT HIS LEFT ARM WAS NEARLY SEVERED, HIS RIGHT LEG BELOW THE KNEE WAS SHATTERED AND TWO VERTEBRAE WERE CRACKED.

Georgia State Patrol officers are being investigated for beating a suspect following a high speed chase and then trying to cover it up.

THIS IS A GREAT CHASE OF A WHITE CAR WHERE THE COPS TRY TO DO A ROLLING BOX STOP, BUT THE SUSPECT WILL HAVE NO PART OF IT. AT ONE POINT THEY ARE TRAVELING ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE ROAD AGAINST TRAFFIC AT NIGHT.

WHILE A TROOPER SEARCHES A TRUCK DURING A TRAFFIC STOP, A CAR HITS THE STOPPED CRUISER AND TRUCK DOING NEARLY 100 MPH. THE TROOPER WAS KILLED.
